  • All orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address, please notify us in advance before the order is processed and shipped.

  • If your order arrives damaged during transportation, you will have the opportunity to return the damaged items. Once received, we will send you a replacement package at no additional cost.

  • To report a damaged product, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • You must notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the damage.

  • Once the damaged items are returned, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost.
