•1 × Hot + Cold Back Wrap with attached adjustable strap

1.Make sure the wrap is clean and dry.

2.Place the wrap flat in the microwave.

3.Heat for the time recommended in the enclosed instructions (do not overheat).

4.Carefully remove, check the temperature with your hand and place around your lower back.

5.Secure with the strap and relax while enjoying soothing warmth.

For Cold Therapy

1.Place the wrap in a clean plastic bag (optional) to keep it dry.

2.Put it in the freezer for several hours or until it reaches the desired cold tempera

•Allow the wrap to return to room temperature between hot and cold uses.

•Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

•Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed; do not machine wash or submerge unless the manufacturer’s instructions say it is safe.
